According to a study by Mckinsey on Women in the Workplace revealed that since 2015, we’ve seen only modest signs of progress in the representation of women in the corporate top management scene. But at the beginning of 2020, the representation of women was trending in the right direction, but then COVID-19 entered and women have been negatively impacted.
