> Ruth Parasol, Founder, PartyPoker
Ruth Parasol is the founder of PartyGaming, which owns PartyPoker, along with her husband. She is an educated creative businesswoman who used both creativity and boldness to turn PartyGaming into one of the biggest competitors in the online gambling market. Gibraltar is the base which the billionaire entrepreneur Ruth Parasol, has called home. And this is where she’s also based her International Headquarters. The creation of PartyPoker, one of the first online casinos to be solely dedicated to poker, was her company’s most significant achievement. Her business tactics and sheer determination have turned her into a self-made billionaire.
She also started the Parasol Foundation Trust, which she uses to donate to a variety of organizations, including the American Red Cross, the Prodean Animal Rescue Center, and the Museum of History of Polish Jews.
> Gemma Vasquez, Partner, Hassans Law Firm
Gemma Vasquez is a Partner in the biggest law firm in Gibraltar – Hassans International Law Firm. She specializes in construction law and corporate law and has advised developers, contractors and banks on large construction projects.

Her background is unique. A graduate from Oriel College, Oxford University, she completed her LPC in the Oxford Institute of Legal Studies; after that, she was called to the Gibraltar Bar in 2007, and practiced both a Barrister and Solicitor in Gibraltar.
She was Chair of the Gibraltar Federation of Small Businesses and, sits on numerous government boards including the Business Licensing Authority, the Small Business Advisory Board and the Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation Board.
