Tech colossal Google India has committed to mentor 1 Mn Indian women entrepreneurs, said Antony Blinken, US Secretary of State. Addressing the US-India alliance for Women’s Economic Empowerment, Blinken stated that the US government would help women entrepreneurs to tackle various challenges including lack of training and mentorship. One of the ways the US government will enable women’s empowerment is through WE-Champs, which will offer technical assistance and training to women in 18 countries in Europe.
