Ensure women are involved in COVID strategies, says Melina Gates. As they are enduring the hardships of the pandemic, when women are involved in decision-making related to COVID-19 response, they are likely to act in a way that can lead to real change, according to the Co-chair and Trustee, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
