Surekhaben Bhadigar and Jayshree Prajapati have seemingly small jobs: while Bhadigar rolls incense sticks for a living, Prajapati makes clay idols of gods. The two women, however, are quietly scripting their own success stories in Gujarat’s Bharuch district.
