Stanford Graduate School of Business is going all out to gather the best minds to resolve the fallout of the pandemic on existing and new businesses. An initiative ‘Stanford Rebuild’ has been created looking at these factors – re-imagining organisations, re-invigorating well being of people, re-vitalising workforce and re- enforcing healthcare systems. Recognising the fallout of the pandemic – mental health, and the need for businesses to adapt to this unprecedented situation, the initiative hopes to explore all angles by involving company leaders and entrepreneurs and arrive at some solutions.
