Entrepreneurs in India should be free from intimidating taxation rules. What would help at this time is our PM’s clarion call for an ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ to lead India out of the economic slowdown. This is indeed, quite praiseworthy. The intent is that it will help our country to tide over the looming recession. Small businesses and start-ups have a big contribution to make. But the question is – is the Centre doing enough to make them ‘atmanirbhar’?
