Kicking off on September 23rd, is The Economic Times Women’s Forum (ETWF) where over 30 speakers will focus on the role of women in post-COVID economic recovery. The exclusive and diverse group of speakers includes Melinda Gates, who will make a strong case for a gender-responsive economic recovery plan. It is a clear fact that India’s economic is closely linked with the fortunes of the country’s half a billion women. In the severe economic fallout of the Covid-19 crisis, any recovery plan can only succeed by harnessing the economic potential of women.

The forum will bring together top-level speakers including – Stephanie C. Hill, Executive VP, Rotary and Mission Systems, Lockheed Martin Corporation; Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Executive Chairperson, Biocon; Aruna Jayanthi, MD, Capgemini Asia Pacific and Latin Ame D, Accenture India; Gagandeep Kang, Scientist, Fellow of Royal Society London; and fashion designer Ritu Beri. Tennis icon Sania Mirza, politician Mahua Moitra and actor Sonali Bendre.
