Madhya Pradesh Association of Women Entrepreneurs Jabalpur
It is a non-profit organisation run by women entrepreneurs. It was previously called as Mahakaushal Association of Women Entrepreneurs. It is a registered body under Madhya Pradesh Firm’s Society Registration Act 1973. It encourages and motivates women entrepreneurs in the central part of India. It fabricates various income generating activities for the women of the state and also takes active part in development of women entrepreneurship.

Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Madhya Pradesh
The organisation uplifts the society by developing the entrepreneurs of the society. It is an ISO certifies institution that take up various entrepreneurship, skill and livelihood development activities in Madhya Pradesh. It is amongst the fastest growing institutions in the country.

Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of Madhya Pradesh
It is a directorate of Industries of Madhya Pradesh. The main objectives of the department are Industrialization of the State, development of Micro, Small and Medium Scale Industries. It tries to attract investors to the state for upliftment of industrial and social sectors. It tries to create a basic infrastructure of Industrial Development; it tries to create job opportunities through various self employment schemes. It assists unemployed youth by providing training in entrepreneurial skills.

Ladli Laxmi Yojana
This scheme was introduced in the year 2006 with an aim of educational and economic development of women and girl child. It also tries to sensitize people about birth of a girl child. The state government purchases a National Savings Certificate worth Rs 6 thousand in the name of a girl child every year after she is born till it reaches to Rs 30,000. Every girl who is promoted to class VI and is registered under this scheme gets Rs 2 thousand, she gets Rs four thousand on reaching class IX and Rs 7500 on her admission to class XI. She is also given Rs 200 per month during her studies in class XI and XII. If the girl is not married before the age of 18 she receives around Rs one lakh when she is 21 years of age. The scheme is also applicable to families who adopt family planning after the birth of two children and have registered themselves in anganwadi centres.

Simplification and Handholding scheme
It simplifies and unifies the Start-up registration and recognition procedures. This was also included in MP Incubation & Start-up Policy 2016. It provides incentives to the MP start-ups in addition to the incentives given by Central Government. The Start-ups can also self certify themselves in accordance with the labour and environment laws which are specified in ‘Start-up India Action Plan’. MSME Fund
The MP Government has established a MP MSME Fund for managing capital fund required for setting up a venture. The initial target size of the fund was 100 Cr. This fund was utilised for equity of start-ups and for upcoming potential start-ups. For the financial year 15-6, a budget of 20Cr was kept for the same. MP Venture Finance Limited Company will be established for providing venture capital funds to start-ups.

Credit Guarantee scheme
The scheme provides credit guarantee facility through banks and other provisions like interest subsidy for developing start-up environment in MP. This scheme mainly provides financial assistance in the form of credit to entrepreneurs.

Mukhyamantri YuvaUdhami Yojana
The interest subsidy has been increased by MP Government for women entrepreneurs at 6% for 7 years.

Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana
The main objective of the scheme is to strengthen the fiscal support to entrepreneurs. The minimum fiscal support limit was increased for entrepreneurs on the 29th of August 2016.

Partnership with United Nations Development Programs
The Government of MP and United Nations Development Programs (UNDP) has collaborated together for implementation of the program “Building an institutional structure to provide marketing support and capacity building for Entrepreneurs under “MukhyamantriYuvaUdyamiYojna” in MP. The program will provide relevant, context specific training and hand-holding support to 5000 entrepreneurs to build their capabilities in relevant areas of entrepreneurship development. This program was later on collaborated with IIM Indore for design and carrying on focussed training modules for entrepreneurs.

Leather Incubation Centre, Dewas
It is an incubator centre which is in Dewas which has plug and play facilities, training and skill development programs for entrepreneurs. A sum of INR 44.80 lakhs have been allotted for this project.

MP AKVN Incubation Centre, Indore
The centre provides incubation facility to Micro, small and medium scale entrepreneurs. There are 35 seats provided on plug and play basis have been reserved for the entrepreneurs in Crystal IT Park, Indore.

Udyogini
Udyogini was set up in 1992 and was made with the objective of facilitating management training programs for women in the grass root level. It also provides management training program for the NGO staff in the program called training of Enterprise Support Teams (TEST). These NGO staffs then further trains women entrepreneurs in grass root level.

Madhya Pradesh Women Finance and Development Corporation
The corporation was registered under the Society Registration Act 1973. The corporation works towards empowering women and making them self-dependent and self-reliant. Various plans of the corporation are discussed below:
- Mamatva Mela: It is an annual event organised by the corporation for displaying the products made by women of self-help groups, rural areas and urban areas.
- Training program for self reliance for 14 to 35 years adolescent girls and young women: This program is organised to increase awareness in adolescent girls and young women of 14 to 35 years, towards entrepreneurship.
- Haat Bazaar operating plan: This haat is organised at the district level for marketing the products of women of self help groups and women entrepreneurs of rural areas.
- Step Scheme: Training is provided to women in agriculture, animal husbandry, diary, fisheries, handlooms, handicrafts, khadi and village industries, sericulture for making women self-reliant.

Industrial Policy and Action Plan, 1994
Some of the principal objectives of this plan are to create more direct and indirect employment opportunities, encouraging women entrepreneurship, to create special opportunities for accelerated development of rural industries and small scale industries, etc. This plan constitutes Entrepreneurship Development Programmes, as well as, training programmes in poly-techniques and Industrial Training Institutes in order to strengthen human resource base. Special emphasis is given to scheduled caste and tribes, individuals below poverty line and women. Units set up by women enterprises will be entitled to one year’s additional concession.

New Industrial Policy -2004
Special provisions for entrepreneurs belonging to scheduled caste and scheduled tribes and women entrepreneurs are laid down under this policy. These provisions include:
- Interest subsidy on the term loan at a rate of 5% for a period of 5 years without any ceiling will be given to the industrial establishments owned by women, scheduled caste and scheduled tribe entrepreneurs.
- Investment subsidy at the rate of 15% of the capital investment with a ceiling of Rs 5 lacs would be provided to women entrepreneurs in advanced districts.
