It advocates for women and girls so that they can reach their full potential. It assist in acceleration of progress of women and girls through education and other economic activities across the globe.

The organisation backs and assists the people with livelihood strategies whose lives are shattered because of conflict and disaster. It helps these people to survive by providing them earning opportunities, providing them with educational programmes and developing sustainable business environment for them. It also provides these people with primary health care facilities and reaches out to people who are under hunger crises. It also provides with resettlement opportunities and creates refugee-owned small businesses.

It conducts extensive training and organises workshops for female entrepreneurs who are based in the countries like Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda, Cote d’Ivoire. It provides technical and capacity-building services for development of female entrepreneurship in these areas. It works in the areas of development and provides financial and technical assistance to women so that they can be financially independent and act as change makers in the developing society.

It has been working in 29 developing countries and has impacted millions of lives through entrepreneurship and innovation. Its main mission is to develop the economy of the country through lifting people from poverty and building competitive farms, businesses and industries. It also develops the market of the country in order to promote a more secure entrepreneurship environment.

It is a charity organisation that partners with African countries in order to promote its communities by helping the children and their families. It distributes books to African children, provides medical care, combats the spread of HIV/AIDs and identifies and supports women’s micro-enterprise projects. Its main aim is to uplift the African communities which are economically down-trodden and are poverty stricken.

It brings together governments, employers and workers of 187 member states in order to set labour standards develop policies and devise programmes so that all men and women can experience decency in working environment. It acts like a voice to the labour force in shaping policies and programmes.
