It is a non-profit organisation that was founded in 2009 under the Cayman Islands Investment Bureau. This association is led by small business owners and it supports, mentors, coach and educates these business owners to excel in their businesses. If you are a member of this association you can become a voice for small business, believe in the power of information sharing, provides events and programs to elevate business skills, conduct workshops both in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac and allows Government to provide turn- key services. It also provides networking opportunities to leverage small businesses reach and community.

This centre is a part of Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce and is a leading voice within Cayman’s business community; it works along with Government in the business development activities of Cayman Islands. The members of the community are local businesses. The chamber advocates the needs of its members and also provides facilities and services to promote and expand Cayman’s business society.

The CEO of the organization Wendy Diamond is a social entrepreneur and humanitarian. It is a privately owned philanthropic organization that moves with a mission to empower women and girls all over the world. The organisation works to alleviate poverty. The organization invests in social impact, disruptive technologies and women lead businesses. The new movement started by the organisation named #ChooseWomen is an initiative to help the women of grassroots level, the mission is to empower them, celebrate and support them by various means. The organisation believes that when women are elevated financially their communities, states and countries prosper.
