TiE, DoIT Partners to Empower Women Entrepreneurs in Rajasthan

In an initiative to propel women entrepreneurs fr0m Rajasthan onto the global stage, TiE Rajasthan has joined forces with the Department of Information Technology (DoIT), which operates the I-Start incubation centre. This collaboration aims to showcase innovative startup ideas, ventures, and entrepreneurial talent to a broader investor community. Under this partnership, TiE-Rajasthan will provide mentorship to women entrepreneurs enrolled in the I-Start program, preparing them for TiE’s global competition. This event spans across approximately 60 locations worldwide, including 22 in India. Indrajit Singh, Commissioner of the Department of IT and Communication, emphasised that this joint effort is designed to foster innovation among women entrepreneurs and facilitate the creation of efficient business solutions. The response to this initiative has been overwhelming, with TiE-Rajasthan already receiving over 60 applications fr0m aspiring entrepreneurs eager to pitch their business ideas. Read more
