The Nevada SBA is supported by a district office in Las Vegas and an additional location in Carson City. The district office in Las Vegas serves Clark, Lincoln, Nye, and Esmeralda counties. – Nevada Women’s Business Center
The Nevada Women’s Business Center provides free business education, training and support to help you succeed.
Workshops and classes are facilitated by dedicated staff and volunteers, who are experts in their field; and classes range from one-hour entrepreneurial exploration workshops or technology for your small business, to the most comprehensive multi-session business planning series, MBA Entrepreneur Academy.
The Women’s Business Center also works with a variety of Certified Development Financial Institutions (CDFI’s) across the nation – to package loans for a variety of loan options that include microloans, and small business loans. The lending products are geared to borrowers who earn an average annual income at or below 80% of the median household income level in the area where they live and/or operate in retail, manufacturing and service-based businesses in underserved areas of Nevada, as well as entrepreneurs with less than good credit.
