153 Women Signup for Gramin Udyami Skill Training in Gumla, Jharkhand

Under the next 1.3 phase of the Gramin Udyami Skill Training Programme about 153 women have already registered which is set to begin in Gumla, Jharkhand by this month or November.  The upcoming phase is exclusively for women groups and the programme is based on PM Modi’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat which targets empowering the rural youth by providing them specific skilling opportunities. Union Minister for State for Entrepreneurship Rajeev Chandrasekhar will be addressing the Convocation of Gramin Udyami Skill Training Programme (the Village Engineers Programme) in Ranchi on Thursday.
